Cancelling Bestie+
You can cancel Bestie+ any time from your account settings or by emailing hi@aibestie.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again.
Refunds
- First payment (7-day window): if you cancel within 7 days of your first Bestie+ charge and haven't used more than 30 minutes of voice or made more than 200 chat messages that period, we'll refund that charge in full.
- Later renewals: generally non-refundable, since costs (AI compute and voice) are consumed continuously. Contact us if there was a billing error or an outage on our side.
- Duplicate or fraudulent charges: always refunded — please email us with the transaction details.
Free plan
The free plan is free forever. No refunds apply because there are no charges.
How to request a refund
Email hi@aibestie.com with the email on your account and the approximate charge date. We reply within 3 business days.
